General Submission Terms

1. By submitting a site, you agree to all terms and conditions.
2. Only sites with transportation related genuine content will be accepted. Doorway pages, redirects, hidden text, spammy titles and descriptions etc will not work and are not welcome.
3. In order to submit your free or paid for listing, you must first select the state and county where you want to be placed. Then click on SUBMIT LINK button on the top of the page.
4. Submit Only your homepage (http://www.your-domain.com). Do not submit subfolder.
5. Capitalize the first letter of each sentence in titles, descriptions as well as proper nouns.
6. Submissions that contain fields in all UPPER CASE or all lower case will be deleted.
7. You should must use your correct company or trading name in your submission, you are welcome to add a further 3 additional keywords if you wish.
8. Write good, quality descriptions. Submissions that contain too many errors or bad grammar will be rejected.
9. The use of the word 'cheap' or other exaggerated adjectives such as best, leading, greatest etc., may result in a rejection.
10. Submit titles and descriptions matching your website name only (for basic and reciprocal listings) and only in English.
11. Do not submit links to affiliate programs or web sites that only contain affiliate links.
12. All links submitted will be reviewed and/or approved within 96 hours.
13. Multiple submission are permitted in some circumstances, provided it is clear that each operation is independant of the other.
14. We will refund your submission fee if we feel that we cannot include your website at this time due to the errors above.
15. Submissions will be rejected if your website is (a) Made for Google Adsense (MFA) content only, (b) incomplete, under construction or redirects visitors to an unrelated destination, (c) excessive keyword stuffing and (d) failure to submit to the correct category. Websites rejected because of these reasons will not be refunded.
16. We reserve the right to edit, delete or move your website submission to the proper category whenever deemed necessary.
17. Automated submissions and any other form of spam will not work and are not welcome.
18. Anybody breaking these rules is liable to have all their sites removed. We are investing heavily in cracking down on spam. A spam reporting facility will soon be made available. Although submissions are added automatically at the moment, they are reviewed by humans within 24hrs. Our editors DO NOT enjoy correcting spelling mistakes, punctuation and grammar, or removing excessively repeated keywords. We are happy for them to delete an entire entry, rather than selectively edit descriptions and titles.
19. We can change these terms and conditions at any time and without any prior notice.
